This project was created for a class assignment in Desktop Publishing to re-design a menu for a local restaurant. Students were also instructed to create a promotional item for the restaurant, such as a coupon that you might clip out of a newspaper or magazine. For this assignment I wanted to use a western saloon theme to convey the mood and theme of the restaurant, who specialize in creating their unique style of burgers.
